Processing Time
All jewelry pieces are handmade with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. Custom items may require additional time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS.
Typical delivery times:
- US Orders: 3–7 business days
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen during transit. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We will, however, help guide you through the claim process if needed.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of both the packaging and the item so we can assist you.
Shipping Upgrades
Express and priority shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Upgrading shipping does not shorten the processing time.
