Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Because our jewelry is handcrafted and made with care, processing times may slightly increase during new collection launches, holidays, or high-volume periods. We truly appreciate your patience as we create your piece.
Shipping Details
We ship all orders through USPS.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been marked as delivered by USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this occurs, we recommend contacting your local post office for further assistance.
